The Middle Way

Before emptying, there must be fullness.
Before shrinking, there must be expanding.
Before falling, there must be ascent.
To destroy something, lead it to its extreme.
To preserve something, keep to the middle.

    1. I am nothing nor believe anything anymore, but I resonate with Taoism and Zen teaching as a way of being. I feel it represents the simplest distillation of The Way to know the Light in All and ourselves. Thanks for the comment.
